1. Flatness.
LED display's surface flatness should be within ±1mm so as that the displayed image is not distorted. A partially-raised section or other types of unflatness would cause a viewing angle problem. Flatness is mainly determined by the quality of production process.2. Brightness and View Angle.
Proper brightness is a key factor to LED displays' performance. The brightness of indoor full-color LED display is about 800~2000cd/m2, and outdoor full-color displays' brightness is 5000~7500cd/m2. A higher or lower brightness over an actual need would lead to invisibility. 3. White Balance Effect.
White balance effect is one of the most important indicators in LED display's selection. In fact, a certain proportion of red, green and blue primary, 1:4.6:0.16, mixed together would show a pure white. Any deviation of the proportion will lead to a bad white balance. Please also be attention whether there is bluish or yeallowish light in white.4. Color Lump and Chromatic Aberration.
Color lump or chromatic aberration means there is an obvious color difference between adjacent display modules. It's mainly caused by a bad control system.5. Color Authenticity.
Color authenticity refers to an authentic display for the display source. The color displayed should be as consistent as the source's so as to achieve a real effect.6. Mosaic or Defective Pixel.
Mosaic refers to an uneven color displayed in module unit. This problem usually comes from bad display connectors which causes a failure of display module.
